Welcome to Dr Rehman Psychology Practice. I am a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and provide therapy, consultation, supervision and training services.

Taking the first step towards seeking support can feel difficult. Perhaps things have started to feel overwhelming, you’re struggling to understand what you’re going through, or you’ve simply reached a point where you feel ready for some support. I offer a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely listened to. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing and make sense of your difficulties. We can think about what might help, at a pace that feels right for you. I use evidence-based psychological approaches, grounded in established psychological models.

I provide online and in-person psychological therapy for adolescents and adults with options of self-funding or through private health insurance.
